With over 45 years of experience in the mining industry, Douglas has held diverse roles ranging from a prospecting geologist to a portfolio manager overseeing investments for the world’s largest mining private equity fund. His exceptional achievements have earned him the unique distinction of being one of only three people inducted into both the U.S. National Mining Hall of Fame and the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, highlighting his extraordinary influence on the industry's evolution and growth.
